Used to express that someone is criticizing another person for a fault they themselves possess; often used in a sarcastic manner.

"You're always late!" he said angrily. "Oh, look who's talking! You're often late yourself, aren't you?"
「你总是迟到！」他生气地说。「哦，看看谁在说话！你自己不也常常迟到吗？」
When she criticized him for being wasteful, he laughed, "Look who's talking! You just bought a bunch of unnecessary things yesterday."

"You should exercise more," he said. "Look who's talking! When was the last time you exercised?"
